Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the iOS app "yatta! Todo" (the "App") provided by Yuichiro Honda (the "Developer"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all relations between the Developer and you regarding your use of the App. Apple's terms (such as the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions) also apply to your use of the App Store.

2. License

The Developer grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for your personal use in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the App within the scope of personal use.

3. Plans and Premium Features

The App provides its basic functionality for free. Certain features (the "Premium Features") are unlocked through a paid purchase. Which features are Premium Features is as indicated within the App.

The available premium plans are as follows:

Plan	Description
Monthly	Auto-renewing monthly subscription
Yearly	Auto-renewing yearly subscription, with a 7-day free trial for first-time users
Lifetime	One-time purchase for continued use, with no auto-renewal

The price for each plan is the amount displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase, in your local currency as set by Apple for your region. Prices are subject to change.

4. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

The Monthly and Yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions.

Unless you cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription will renew automatically and the same amount will be charged.
You can cancel at any time through the App Store subscription management screen on your iPhone (Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions). The Developer cannot cancel your subscription on your behalf from within the App.
The free trial for the Yearly plan is offered for 7 days to first-time purchasers. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, the yearly fee will be charged automatically. If you cancel during the trial, no charge will occur.
