Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions for using "Isshin" (the "App"), an iOS app provided by Yuichiro Honda (the "Operator"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all matters between the Operator and you regarding the App. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and Apple's terms (including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions) also apply to the App. If these Terms conflict with Apple's standard EULA, these Terms prevail.

2. License

The Operator grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. Plans

The App's basic features are free. Some features ("Pro") are available through the following auto-renewing subscriptions. The features included in Pro are as shown in the App.

The price is the amount shown on the App Store at the time of purchase.

4. Auto-Renewal, Cancellation and Refunds

Your subscription renews automatically and you are charged the same amount unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial ends, you will be charged the annual price. Canceling during the trial incurs no charge.
To cancel, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. The Operator cannot cancel on your behalf.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy; please request them directly from Apple.
After canceling, you can use Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. After that, Pro-only features and settings may become unavailable or disabled.
